About My Background
I have trained in Tibetan Medicine since 2016, completing 4 levels of training, until up to Master. My work is rooted in long-term practice, steady study, and ongoing refinement through advanced courses. I continue to deepen my understanding of Tibetan energetic methods and integrate this knowledge into my sessions.
My focus is simple: working with energy in a grounded, practical way that supports clarity, vitality, and personal development.

What do I need to wear for the Tibetan Medicine sessions?
You're fully clothed. Comfortable, loose clothing recommended. For your comfort during the session, it’s best to come fresh and relaxed. Remove jewelry and watches.

How do I prepare for the Tibetan Medicine Sessions?
For optimal experience, it is recommended to avoid meat for a few days prior to your session. It's a choice, not a requirement.
For your comfort, it’s recommended to be well-hydrated and to have a light snack beforehand.
What is the duration of the sessions?

Sessions are generally quiet and reflective. Mobile phones are switched off for the duration of the session.
Please avoid strong fragrances for a comfortable session.
