1. Scope of Services

Monica-Ecaterina Samoila offers sessions, workshops, and coaching in Humanenergetik, spiritual development, Tao practices, and related wellness topics. All services are complementary and do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic services. No diagnosis, treatment, or therapy is provided, and the sessions do not replace medical or psychological care.

2. Booking and Payment

• Sessions and workshops can be booked via the website, email, or telephone.

• Payment must be made before or immediately after the session/workshop, unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations for individual sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.

  Cancellations for workshops must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop will be charged in full.

• Refunds are only provided in case of cancellations made according to the above terms.

3. Liability

• Monica-Ecaterina Samoila is not liable for outcomes of Humanenergetik sessions, workshops, or coaching.

• All services are provided in good faith for wellness and personal development purposes only.

• Participation is at the client’s own discretion and risk.

4. Use of Website

• All content on this website, including text, images, and materials, is owned by Monica-Ecaterina Samoila and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

• External links are provided for convenience; the operator is not responsible for content on external sites.

5. Privacy

• Personal data collected during booking or website use is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

6. Applicable Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law.

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Graz, Austria.
